Project terms

Clear expectations prevent headaches.

These practical terms keep website projects fair, predictable, and straightforward for everyone involved.

Payment & launch

A 50% deposit is required before work begins and becomes non-refundable once work starts. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Scope & revisions

The estimate covers the agreed scope. Reasonable revisions are part of the process; new pages, features, major redesigns, or substantial changes to previously approved work may require an updated estimate. We discuss additional billable work before doing it.

Client responsibilities

Turnaround depends on timely answers, content, approvals, credentials, photos, and other required materials. We ask for one primary point of contact and consolidated feedback. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights to business information, photos, logos, testimonials, pricing, and claims they provide.

Inactive projects

If a project is inactive for 30 consecutive days because required client information, content, feedback, or approvals are not provided, we may place it on hold. A $100 restart fee applies before work resumes. The original timeline no longer applies, and pricing may be reviewed if scope or underlying technology costs have changed.

After launch

We include 14 days of support for legitimate launch-related bugs. New features, content changes, or changed preferences are separate work. After full payment, the client receives ownership of the website and content we created, subject to third-party licenses.

Third-party services & results

Domains, premium software, paid integrations, email services, or other third-party expenses are separate unless included in the estimate. Third-party outages or pricing changes are outside our control. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. Basic SEO means basic on-page setup, not a ranking guarantee.

Portfolio & compatibility

Bradsher Digital may display the completed public website in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We build for current modern browsers and devices, but cannot guarantee identical rendering on every older browser or device.
