Project terms

Clear terms. No surprises.

These terms outline how we handle websites, software, and custom projects. Your Project Order sets the exact scope, price, payment schedule, and deliverables.

Payment options

Eligible projects may offer discounted Pay in Full or a Project Payment Plan at the standard price. The plan requires 50% at the start, then four monthly payments. Your Project Order shows exact amounts and dates before acceptance.

Installments & late payments

Choosing the payment plan authorizes the automatic charges in your Project Order. Missing one payment does not shift later due dates unless we agree in writing. Installments have a seven-calendar-day grace period, and new quotes have no late-payment fee.

If a payment is late

We may pause work on overdue amounts. After 14 calendar days without payment and the required delinquency and suspension notices, we may also suspend hosting, deployment, maintenance, or other ongoing services we control until the account is current. Your domain, trademarks, content, and data remain yours. We will first make a reasonable effort to resolve specific good-faith disputes over the affected work.

Ownership & final handoff

Your domain, business name, trademarks, photos, content, customer information, and data remain yours. Bradsher Digital retains the project-specific rights to our custom work until paid in full. We then hand over the transferable deliverables and materials listed in your Project Order, subject to third-party licenses and our reusable tools or frameworks.

Reviews & corrections

If delivered work materially differs from the agreed scope, tell us what needs correcting. We fix verified in-scope issues at no extra charge and discuss pricing before out-of-scope changes. If a material problem cannot reasonably be fixed, we will discuss a fair adjustment or refund based on completed and delivered work. Deposits cover project work; unused amounts are not automatically forfeited.

Scope & revisions

Your Project Order defines the scope and included revisions. New pages, features, major redesigns, or changes to approved work may need a revised estimate or written change order. We discuss additional paid work before starting it.

Client responsibilities

Please provide needed content, access, feedback, and approvals on time, ideally through one main contact. Delays may affect delivery. You are responsible for the rights and accuracy of the business details, photos, logos, testimonials, prices, and claims you provide.

Inactive projects

If we wait 30 consecutive days for required content, feedback, or approvals, we may place the project on hold. A restart fee applies only if stated in the Project Order or agreed in writing. Timelines may change, and pricing may be reviewed if scope or underlying technology costs change.

After launch

Your Project Order defines post-launch support, fixes, and maintenance. New features, content changes, or changed preferences are separate work unless included.

Third-party costs & results

Unless included in your Project Order, domains, software, integrations, email, stock assets, APIs, and other third-party costs are separate. Provider outages, terms, and prices are outside our control. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party service.

Electronic acceptance

Project Orders, acknowledgments, and payment authorizations may be accepted electronically. We retain the exact accepted terms, payment schedule, acknowledgments, and acceptance record.

This page is a summary. Your accepted Project Order and agreement control if they differ.
